In darkness, this pen comes to life and glows in the dark (must be charged under a light first). The edition number (of 1031) is engraved on the stealthy black top ring. A graphic illustration of a wicked jack-o-lantern is on the top disc. Each pen is packaged in a matching commemorative, orange, and black graphic tube.
